The Tapestry Academy Online Community combines a proven online curriculum with personalized coaching, accountability, and meaningful connections throughout the year.
 

Whether you're brand new to homeschooling or simply want extra support, we're here to help you confidently guide your child's learning.


 

What's Included

📚 Prenda Learning Platform

Students receive access to the Prenda online curriculum for core academic subjects, allowing them to work at their own pace while building independence and confidence.
 

📈 Monthly Progress Monitoring

Each month, we'll review your student's academic progress and provide personalized feedback and recommendations to help keep learning on track.  You have access at all times through your parent account to view their progress.
 

🤝 Quarterly Family Conferences

Meet one-on-one with a Tapestry Academy educator four times each year to:

  • Review progress

  • Celebrate growth

  • Set goals

  • Discuss challenges

  • Adjust your learning plan as needed

💬 Monthly Tapestry Community Gathering (Zoom)

Join our monthly live Zoom sessions where parents can ask questions, receive guidance, and connect with other homeschooling families.

  • Topics may include:

  • Curriculum questions

  • Motivation and routines

  • Helping struggling learners

  • Executive functioning

  • Homeschool planning

  • High school preparation

  • Scholarship questions

  • Open Q&A.  Families from both our Online Community, our 2 and 4 day microschool program and our part-time Learning Pods are invited to participate.

🌳 Community Events

Learning happens best in community.

Members receive invitations to optional monthly gatherings such as:

  • 1x a month Seasonal celebrations (included in tuition)

  • 1x a month Family Beach/Park meetups

  • Service projects

🚌 Field Trip Invitations

Enjoy optional educational field trips throughout the year with other Tapestry families.

Families simply pay admission costs for the events they choose to attend.

Tapestry Academy Online Community
(Grades K–8)
$320/month (10 monthly payments, August–May 2026)
 

Includes:

  • Prenda online curriculum
    (Math, English, Project-based learning History & Science)

  • Grades K-2,  Treasure Hunt Reading (online & workbook)

  • Handwriting book & videos

  • Spelling supplement

  • Monthly progress review

  • Quarterly family consultation

  • Monthly Tapestry Community Gathering (Zoom)

  • Community events (1–2x a month)

  • Field trip invitations

  • Ongoing local homeschool guidance and support
     

Enrollment Fee: $250 (covers setup and onboarding)
All Tuition payments due on the first of each month.

Optional:

Grades 3–8,  IEW, Institute for Excellence in Writing (Student & Teacher book supplement)
We highly recommend IEW and Geography with Classical Conversations. If you would like to participate with those resources, there is an additional supply fee for materials. Prenda also includes writing prompts.
Supply Fee: $80 (covers Teacher/Student IEW books & Geography Trivium map Cycle 3)

 

Enrollment is month-to-month with a 30-day written notice to withdraw. Because curriculum licenses are purchased for each student, the enrollment fee is non-refundable.  Withdrawing mid-year information in the system will not be saved, so be sure to download all progress. Tuition/Enrollment cannot be paused.

Ongoing enrollment. Start at any time. Tuition is prorated for the year for late enrollment.
