Scholarships

Tapestry Academy accepts PEP and FES-UA funding
and is a direct billing participant with Step Up for Students.

Some families use ESA or scholarship funds to help pay for Tapestry Academy programs & classes.

Because every program works differently, this page explains where Tapestry may be relevant, how payment may work, and what families should confirm before relying on funds.

Before using ESA or scholarship funds

ESA and scholarship programs are evolving quickly. Payment methods, provider rules, approved expenses, documentation requirements, reimbursement categories, and timelines can change.

Tapestry can help families understand how our program is structured and provide reasonable documentation where available and permitted, however families are responsible for confirming eligibility, approved expenses, documentation, payment process, reimbursement rules, and timing directly
with Step Up for Students before relying on funds.

Nothing on this page guarantees eligibility, approval, direct payment, reimbursement, reimbursement timing, or continued program availability.

Quarterly ESA funds applied to tuition or services are non-refundable and cannot be reimbursed by Tapestry Academy.
